What You'll Do
- Ideate, script, shoot, and deliver short-form content for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts on a consistent weekly schedule.
- Present on camera with clarity, personality, and platform-native energy.
- Write scroll-stopping hooks and action-driven CTAs.
- Stay ahead of trends and connect them naturally to money and insurance topics.
- Collaborate with the editor, designer, and strategy lead to create on-brand, high-performing content.
- Track performance, drop what doesn’t work, and iterate quickly.
What You Need
- 0-1 years of experience creating or hosting short-form video content.
- Comfortable on camera (non-negotiable).
- Strong Hinglish scripting skills with a natural, conversational style.
- Good understanding of Instagram and YouTube content performance (hooks, pacing, watch time, saves).
- Basic knowledge of insurance or personal finance is a plus; willingness to learn is essential.
- Strong on-camera presence with the ability to simplify complex topics clearly.
