Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Content Creator role based in Delhi, India. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing social media content, creating visually engaging posts and campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize strategies. Additionally, you will collaborate with designers, photographers, and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive brand presence, research trends, and identify appropriate opportunities for content amplification and audience engagement.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in social media management, content creation, and audience engagement
- Strong understanding of social media marketing, strategy, and performance metrics
- Familiarity with graphic design tools and visual content creation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data insights and improve campaign performance
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines
- Experience in the hospitality or marketing industry is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field is preferred
