I'm hiring a Social Media Content Creator for my digital marketing agency
I run Meta Rise — we help realtors generate more leads through Meta Ads and marketing systems. The outreach is running, the delivery team is ready. Now I need someone who can own our brand on Instagram and LinkedIn and turn viewers into clients.
Your one job: Make realtors see our content and want to work with us.
I need someone who can come up with ideas, write the copy, design the graphics, and post — without me telling you what to do every day. You see what's working in the market, you bring the ideas, you execute. No hand-holding.
What I'm looking for:
→ 3-4 posts per week on Instagram and LinkedIn + stories
→ Clean, minimal, modern graphics — not Canva templates with zero thought
→ Copy that speaks directly to realtors and their pain points — not generic marketing fluff
→ Every single post has a CTA that drives action — book a call, DM us, visit the site
→ Stay updated with what's trending in design and content right now
→ Build and maintain a consistent visual brand identity across everything
→ Self-starter who brings ideas weekly, not someone waiting for a brief
