I’m hiring a Social Media Content Creator for my digital marketing agency
I run Metarise Digital — we help businesses generate more leads through Meta Ads and marketing systems. The outreach is running, and the delivery team is ready. Now I need someone who can make our brand impossible to scroll past.
Your one job: Turn our social media into a client magnet.
I need content on Instagram and LinkedIn that does three things — builds trust, delivers value, and gets clients to book a call. If you can create posts that make people stop scrolling and start paying attention, I want to talk to you.
What I’m looking for:
→ 3–5 posts per week on Instagram and LinkedIn
→ Someone who writes copy that sounds human, not like AI on autopilot
→ Can design carousels, graphics, and short-form content (Canva, Figma, etc.)
→ Understands the difference between content that gets likes and content that gets leads
→ Every post has a CTA that actually moves people toward action
→ Self-starter who brings ideas, not just asks for briefs
