WHAT YOUโLL BE DOING (aka your dream job tbh) ๐ฅ Shooting drool-worthy reels that make people instantly crave Loyka desserts ๐ฐ Turning desserts into main character energy content ๐ฑ Posting & managing our Instagram (yes, you control the vibe) ๐ Jumping on trends before theyโre overdone ๐ Travelling to our cafรฉs (Bandra & Borivali) for shoots ๐ค Assisting influencer shoots + creating BTS magic ๐ก Helping us make Loyka that cafรฉ on social media .
WHO YOU ARE โ Youโre chronically online (in a good way) โ You have an eye for what looks aesthetic + viral โ You love shooting, editing, and making content for fun โ You donโt wait for ideas you just start creating โ Youโre okay being on-ground, in the cafรฉ, capturing real moments.
BASIC SKILLS (donโt overthink this) โ Canva (basic is fine) โ Editing reels (CapCut / InShot / VN whatever you use) โ You understand what works on Instagram.
IMPORTANT STUFF Full-time role Reports to: Brand Manager 6 days working Flexible timings (depends on shoots & cafรฉ hours) Travel required between Bandra & Borivali cafรฉs 1 day/week reporting to Navi Mumbai Head Office This is a high ownership role not โjust post and log offโ.
