Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Content Creator role based in Chandigarh, India. The Social Media Content Creator will be responsible for ideating, planning, and producing engaging content across various social media platforms. Day-to-day tasks include writing compelling posts, designing graphic content, managing social media calendars, analyzing performance metrics, and growing the brand’s online community. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with marketing, graphic design, and AI teams to craft content strategies that align with brand goals and resonate with the target audience.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Social Media Management, Content Creation, and Creative Writing
- Experience in Content Strategy, Campaign Planning, and Audience Engagement
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing, Branding, and Influencer Collaboration
- Proficiency in Graphic Design and familiarity with design tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)
- Analytical skills with the ability to track and measure social media performance and optimize strategies
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work with diverse teams
- A proactive and innovative approach to generating creative ideas and strategies
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field; relevant experience will be considered
- Experience or interest in AI-powered tools is an advantage
