Kirativity Media is a Bangalore‑based content agency specialising in Instagram Reels for personal‑brand clients such as founders, coaches, doctors, and consultants. We are a small, fast‑moving team that values results and flexibility.
The Role: Content Strategist & Script Writer – research, ideate, and write hook‑driven Reel scripts for assigned clients.
What You'll Do
- Conduct monthly ideation sessions and generate 18‑20 content ideas per client.
- Write complete Reel scripts (text hook, visual hook, verbal hook, body, CTA).
- Attend ideation calls, incorporate client feedback promptly.
- Update and maintain the content calendar in Notion.
- Coordinate with the video editing team on creative direction.
Requirements
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills.
- Ability to research diverse personal‑brand niches quickly.
- Strong organisational habits and comfort with Notion.
- Respect for client confidentiality.
- Self‑starter attitude in a remote‑friendly environment.
