Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Delhi for a Social Media Content Creator. The Social Media Content Creator will manage and curate engaging content across all social media platforms, in alignment with the brand’s vision and aesthetic. Key responsibilities include developing and executing social media campaigns, creating content geared towards customer engagement, analyzing performance metrics, and staying updated on social media trends. The role also involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to align social media strategies with brand objectives.
Hybrid: 3/4 days a week
Key Responsibilities
1) Create high-quality photo, video, and graphic content for social media platforms, including Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook
2) Develop engaging beauty, skincare, makeup, and lifestyle-related content aligned with brand campaigns
Plan and execute content calendars in collaboration with the marketing team
3) Shoot and edit reels, tutorials, behind-the-scenes videos, and promotional campaigns
4) Write creative captions, scripts, and content copy that resonate with the target audience
5) Stay updated on beauty, fashion, and social media trends to generate fresh content ideas
6) Collaborate with influencers, photographers, videographers, and designers when needed
7) Monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on analytics and engagement metrics
8) Ensure all content aligns with brand tone, aesthetics, and marketing objectives
9) Support product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional activities
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Creator, or similar role
- Strong portfolio showcasing beauty, fashion, or lifestyle content
- Proficiency in content editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms
- Comfortable appearing on camera and creating short-form video content
- Excellent understanding of Instagram Reels, TikTok trends, and social media engagement strategies
- Strong photography, videography, and editing skills
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and visual aesthetics
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
