Hiring: Content Creator (Social Media + AI Content + Storytelling)
After 15 years in footwear design and working with brands like Bata, I’m now building Growkix - a kids’ footwear brand focused on healthy foot development, biomechanics, and everyday movement.
We’re preparing for launch, and I’m looking for a creator who understands how to turn ideas into engaging short-form content using creativity, storytelling, and AI tools.
This is not just a content role.
You’ll work directly with the founder to build the voice, storytelling, and creative direction of growkix from the ground up.
What you’ll work on:
• Instagram Reels & YouTube Shorts
• Founder-led storytelling content
• Product shoots & behind-the-scenes content
• Educational content around foot health & kids’ movement
• Editing workflows using AI tools for faster content creation
• Managing Instagram / Facebook / YouTube / X / Website content
Who this role is for:
✅ You already create strong short-form content
✅ You actively use AI tools in your workflow
✅ You understand hooks, retention & social media trends
✅ You can shoot in Navi Mumbai 3–5 times/month (Mumbai-based preferred)
✅ You’re proactive, fast-moving, and startup-friendly
✅ You enjoy building something meaningful from an early stage
This is NOT for you if:
❌ You need constant follow-ups
❌ You take weeks to deliver content
❌ You struggle with direct feedback or fast iterations
❌ You only know template-style editing
