Globussoft Technology is a NASSCOM-certified, CMMI Level 3 product company. 14+ products in production, 2M+ users across 50 countries, and partners that include Mastercard and Tata. We don't ship "software" — we ship the operating systems that companies actually run on. Now we need someone to put a face to that work.

- AdsGPT — Generative AI that takes a single prompt and outputs fully-optimized, platform-specific ad creatives + copy.
2. 📞 AI Sales & CRM
- Callified — Generative-AI voice dialer that integrates with 100+ CRMs, robo-dials leads, qualifies them via natural conversation, and hands warm leads to human SDRs to close.
- Globussoft CRM — Modern open-source CRM with verticalised configurations (generic B2B, wellness clinics, travel agencies). Full pipeline automation + AI scoring + multi-channel inbox.
3. ☁️ Workforce & Enterprise OS
- EMP Cloud (EmpMonitor) — Enterprise cloud for workforce management, productivity tracking, and distributed-team operations.
- VideoraIQ — AI-powered CCTV surveillance with face-attendance, real-time alerts, and workforce monitoring.
4. 🏢 Vertical Operating Systems
- CaratFlow — Complete jewelry ERP: inventory, manufacturing, retail POS, accounting, e-commerce, compliance.
- MedCore — Open-source hospital/clinic management system.
- Globussoft School MIS — 75+ feature modules, 11+ user roles. Academics, LMS, finance, ops, HR — end-to-end school management.

🎯 The Mission
- Bring the stack to life — turn deep ad-tech, generative AI, voice dialers, jewelry ERPs, and hospital software into native, bingeable vertical video (Reels, Shorts, LinkedIn Video).
- Script, shoot, polish — primary on-camera face or director. Write the hooks, shoot raw footage, collaborate with the in-house editing team.
- Run growth experiments — treat organic channels like a lab. Test trends, track CTR, optimise watch-time, scale our B2B footprint.
🔥 You're a fit if
- You're an AI / marketing nerd — concepts like "ad spying," "generative copy," "AI cold-calling," and "workforce analytics" are interesting to you, and you can make them interesting to founders and developers too.
- You own the first 3 seconds — you know the exact psychological cues that stop a professional's scroll.
- You have a portfolio — 1–3 years into the short-form video game with proven grasp of pacing, retention, and distribution hooks.
