Role Overview
We’re looking for a Social Media Content Creator who is creative, funny, confident on camera, and obsessed with social media content.
This role is for someone who can think beyond basic trends and create entertaining, relatable, and engaging content for brands. You should be comfortable acting in videos, experimenting with ideas, following trends, and bringing energy to shoots.
You’ll work closely with our creative and strategy team to develop reel concepts, trend-based content, funny skits, brand videos, and viral social media ideas for multiple clients.
We don’t want someone who just edits videos.
We want someone who thinks like a creator.
Responsibilities
- Create engaging and entertaining content for Instagram, reels, and short-form platforms
- Brainstorm funny, relatable, and trend-driven content ideas
- Act and appear confidently in videos when required
- Stay updated with social media trends, memes, creators, and viral formats
- Collaborate with strategists, designers, and editors for content execution
- Participate in shoots, scripting, and creative planning sessions
- Create content that matches different brand personalities and audiences
- Experiment with hooks, storytelling, transitions, and trending formats
- Help brands look relevant, entertaining, and culturally connected online
What We’re Looking For
- Someone who genuinely loves creating content
- Confident personality with strong on-camera presence
- Not camera shy and comfortable acting in videos
- Good understanding of Instagram reels, trends, memes, and internet culture
- Creative thinker who can come up with content ideas quickly
- Strong sense of humour and relatability
- Basic understanding of video shooting or editing is a plus
- Ability to adapt content style for different brands
- Energetic, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment
Bonus Points If You
- Already create content on Instagram or other platforms
- Understand creator-style storytelling and viral content formats
- Can improvise naturally during shoots
- Have basic editing skills using CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro, or similar tools
- Spend way too much time analyzing reels instead of just watching them
- Have a good meme folder on your phone
