Roles & Responsibilities:
• Manage and handle social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
• Create engaging content including posts, captions, creatives, and carousels
• Plan and design social media posts using tools like Canva
• Create and edit reels, short videos, and trending content
• Schedule and publish content consistently as per content calendar
• Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and grow online community
• Research latest trends, viral formats, and competitor strategies
• Assist in running digital marketing campaigns and promotions
• Track performance metrics and optimize content for better reach
💰 Stipend: ₹15,000/month (First 3 months – probation)
📈 Post Internship: ₹3–5 LPA based on performance
👩 Preferred: Candidates with strong interest in content creation, reels, and social media trends
