🎯 Role Objective:
We’re looking for a creative Social Media Content Creator who can produce trendy, scroll-stopping content for FINGERS across Instagram & short-form platforms — turning products into engaging, relatable, and share-worthy stories, with a strong focus on driving views, engagement, and shareability.
You should understand aesthetics, viral trends, and how to showcase small products in a visually engaging way — while being quick, culturally aware, and able to create content that resonates in real time.
🧩 Key Responsibilities
• Create engaging reels, short videos, and high-performing product-focused content (not just aesthetic shots)
• Deliver 12–20 short-form videos per month with consistency and speed
• Develop strong concepts, hooks, and storytelling that capture attention within the first 2–3 seconds
• Translate product features into simple, relatable, consumer-first narratives
• Shoot and edit content independently (mobile-first approach is welcome)
• Stay updated with trends, memes, and viral formats — and execute them quickly
• Create close-up, hands-on product content highlighting key use cases
• Collaborate with the Marketing Team to align with campaign goals and proactively suggest ideas
🛠️ Requirements
- Experience in social media content creation (fashion/lifestyle preferred)
- Strong understanding of Instagram and short-form video content
- Strong sense of aesthetics (lighting, styling, camera angles)
- Skilled in editing tools like CapCut, Canva, VN, Premiere Pro, etc.
- Knowledge of trends, reels, and viral content formats
- Good sense of hooks, pacing, and storytelling
- Ability to make simple content look engaging
- Ability to shoot content using a phone or camera
- Consistency and creativity

- Experience in tech / gadgets / lifestyle content
- On-camera confidence (not mandatory, but valuable)
- Experience creating UGC-style ads
