About The Role
We are seeking passionate and creative Social Media Content Creators to join our expanding ambassador network. This role involves producing short-form user-generated content (UGC) videos that promote Airlearn’s language learning services. As a Content Creator, you will be responsible for creating engaging videos tailored for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook Reels. You will work within a structured framework, utilizing provided scripts, hooks, audio tracks, and detailed posting guidance to ensure consistency and quality across all content. The role requires delivering a high volume of content—specifically, 200 videos per month across three platforms—contributing significantly to our brand visibility and user engagement efforts.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should be based in India and possess a strong passion for content creation and social media engagement. Prior experience in creating short-form videos, such as Reels, Shorts, or Facebook Videos, is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates should demonstrate an active presence on social media platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook, with the ability to produce content consistently and reliably. Fluency in English or regional Indian languages is advantageous, especially for creating language-learning content. Self-motivation, reliability, and the ability to meet monthly content targets are essential qualities. A portfolio or samples of past work will be considered a plus, showcasing your creativity and video production skills.
Responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities will include creating high-quality short-form videos that align with Airlearn’s branding and messaging guidelines. You will be expected to:
- Create and upload 200 user-generated content videos monthly, ensuring variety and engagement across Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
- Follow provided scripts, hooks, and audio cues to maintain consistency and brand voice.
- Cross-post content across multiple platforms, optimizing for each platform’s best practices.
- Engage with the audience through comments and feedback to foster community growth.
- Monitor performance metrics and optimize future content based on engagement and reach.
- Collaborate with the Airlearn team for feedback, updates, and continuous improvement of content quality.
