Job Overview
We are looking for a creative, passionate, and trend-savvy Social Media Content Creator who can produce engaging content that educates, inspires, and drives app downloads. If you love storytelling, understand social media trends, and can create high-performing content, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and X.
- Plan and execute content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns.
- Write compelling captions, hooks, and scripts for Reels and short-form videos.
- Shoot and edit high-quality videos and images.
- Design eye-catching social media creatives and carousel posts.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, viral formats, and platform updates.
- Visit construction sites, labour chowks, and company events to capture authentic content.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to increase brand awareness and app downloads.
- Monitor content performance and optimize future content based on insights.
- Maintain consistent brand voice across all social platforms.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and X.
- Excellent content writing and storytelling skills.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar tools.
- Basic photography and videography skills.
- Knowledge of video editing, motion graphics, and AI content tools is a plus.
- Ability to identify trends and convert them into engaging content.
- Creative thinking with attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Media, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in social media content creation (Freshers with a strong portfolio may also apply).
- Portfolio showcasing social media content, Reels, videos, and graphic designs.
