Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Content Creator, based in New Delhi. The individual will be responsible for designing and executing social media campaigns, creating engaging content, and managing the brand’s social media presence. Day-to-day tasks include developing creative posts, crafting captions, analyzing audience engagement, scheduling content, and responding to comments and messages. The role requires collaboration with internal teams to ensure that the brand’s voice and identity are consistently upheld across platforms.
Qualifications
- Strong social media skills, including expertise with platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn
- Content creation abilities including graphic design, video editing, and on-trend writing for captions and posts
- Familiarity with analytics tools to measure engagement and optimize strategy
- Knowledgeable in brand management, marketing strategy, and audience engagement techniques
- Creative mindset with an ability to stay updated on pop culture trends and digital innovations
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field
- Experience in the FMCG or food and beverage industry is a plus
