What You'll Do:
Content Strategy
- Plan and present a monthly content calendar covering all formats and platforms
- Own the narrative — know what Chakra stands for and make every post reflect it
Content Creation
- Visit each Bangalore studio at least once a week to shoot photo and video content
- Create and post 3 Reels per week
- Create and post 2 statics or carousels per week
- Post at least 1 Story every single day — every story should have a clear CTA driving bookings or sales
- Repost tagged stories and UGC promptly
Community & CRM
- Respond to all DMs — promptly, on-brand, and with intent to convert
- Write and publish one push notification every day
- Write and send a WhatsApp broadcast to the Chakra community twice a month
- Create and publish app banner notifications once a week
Qualifications
- Proficient in social media platforms, content creation, and platform-specific trends
- Graphic design, photo editing, and video editing skills for creating visually appealing content
- Creative writing and storytelling abilities to craft engaging captions and narratives
- Experience with community management and responding to audience interactions effectively
- Knowledge of social media analytics tools and ability to interpret performance metrics
- Excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail
- Passion for fitness, wellness, and community engagement is a strong plus
- A degree or relevant experience in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field is beneficial
Green Flags
- 1-3 years of experience
- You've been a one-person show before — no agency background, no approval chains
- You can shoot, edit, caption, and post — same day, on your own
- Editing scroll-stopping videos is second nature to you
- You write punchy, clean copy without being coached
- You understand that your role is to help fill classes and drive sales — every piece of content has a job to do
- You're on Instagram constantly, not as a scroller, but as a student of what works
- Bonus: you ride, you train, or you genuinely care about fitness culture
