Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Social Media Content Creator. In this role, you will develop and execute social media content strategies across platforms to build brand awareness and engage our audience. Key responsibilities include creating visually appealing and engaging posts, crafting captions, managing social media accounts, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop campaigns, and analyzing content performance to improve reach and engagement. You will also monitor trends to bring fresh, innovative ideas to the brand's social media presence.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in creating engaging and original content, including writing, graphic design, and video editing, for various social media platforms.
- Knowledge of social media strategy development, campaign planning, and community engagement techniques.
- Experience in social media analytics, monitoring performance metrics, and optimizing content for broader reach and better engagement.
- Ability to stay updated on trends in digital marketing, social media platforms, and consumer behavior.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Experience with relevant tools/software for graphic design, editing, and performance analysis is a plus.
- Passionate about health and wellness or experience in the FMCG/beverages industry is an added advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field is preferred.
