Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Content Creator based in Bengaluru. The Social Media Content Creator will be responsible for creating, curating, and managing engaging content across social media platforms to promote the company’s brand and retail offerings. This includes developing social media strategies, writing posts, coordinating with graphic designers, monitoring analytics to evaluate engagement, and staying up-to-date with current social media trends. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with marketing and sales teams to ensure cohesive digital communication strategies.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Management, including platform expertise (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) and content creation tools.
• Experience with Content Writing, Storytelling, and Visual Content Ideation to produce attractive and engaging posts.
• Understanding of Digital Marketing strategies and Social Media Advertising campaigns; knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics or platform-specific insights tools.
• Strong skills in Communication, Creativity, and Attention to Detail for producing cohesive and accurate content within branding guidelines.
• Familiarity with Growth Marketing, Brand Analysis, and audience engagement strategies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team.
• Experience in retail, e-commerce, or consumer goods industries is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field is preferred.
