### 📌 Mandatory Requirements
• Minimum **1 year of experience** as a **UGC Creator or Content Creator**
• Must be **camera-friendly and comfortable being on camera**
• Must confidently **appear in videos and speak on camera**
• **Clear, proper, and confident communication skills**
• Strong **video editing skills**
• Good understanding of **Instagram Reels and short-form content**
• Ability to come up with **creative and engaging content ideas**
• Good knowledge of **current social media trends and viral content**
### 💼 Key Responsibilities
• Create engaging **Reels, UGC videos, and short-form content**
• Appear on camera and confidently showcase/promote products
• Plan content ideas, hooks, and basic scripts
• Shoot and edit high-quality videos
• Create trend-based and engaging content for the brand
• Develop fresh and creative content concepts
• Maintain consistency in content creation and posting
• Help increase brand awareness and social media engagement
