About the Role
We’re looking for a creative and execution-driven Social Media Content Creator who can plan, shoot, edit, and manage content across multiple brands. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands trends, aesthetics, and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- 🎥 Shoot engaging photo & video content (Reels, Shorts, Product Videos, BTS, etc.)
- ✂️ Edit videos with a strong sense of storytelling and trending formats
- 📱 Manage and post content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- 📊 Optimize posts based on performance insights and trends
- 💬 Handle customer interactions (WhatsApp, Messenger, comments & DMs)
- 📅 Plan and execute content calendars for multiple brands
- 🔍 Monitor performance and suggest growth strategies
Requirements
- Proven experience in content creation + social media management
- Strong skills in video shooting & editing (mobile + basic equipment)
- Understanding of Instagram trends, hooks, and viral formats
- Ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously
- Good communication skills (English + Bengali preferred)
- Basic knowledge of analytics & content optimization
Preference will be given-
- Experience with jewellery/fashion/lifestyle brands
- Creative storytelling & aesthetic sense
