About the Role
This is a remote role for a Social Media Manager/Influencer.
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing social media platforms, creating and implementing social media strategies, and creating content across platforms.
Candidates must also be comfortable appearing in videos, presenting confidently on camera, and representing the company professionally through reels, promotional videos, interviews, and other digital content formats.
You will be creating engaging reels, shorts, and videos across platforms to promote our financial products, build audience trust, and drive impact as the face of the company.
Compensation:
Revenue-Sharing Model- you earn part of the company's revenue. You earn more as you create more impact and drive business growth and outreach.
Responsibilities
Create reels, shorts, and videos for all major platforms from content writing to filming
Promote financial products and services effectively
Engage directly with audiences online and strengthen brand trust
Collaborate with marketing teams for campaigns
Requirements:
Social Media Marketing skills
3–5 years of relevant experience
MBA in Finance, Banking, Economics, Taxation, or related field or BCom/ CA completed
Competence in Content Strategy and Writing
Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong financial literacy
Fluency in English & Hindi
Excellent public speaking and camera confidence
MANDATORY:
You will be required to submit a 2-3 minute video of yourself speaking on any topic related to finance/ banking/ taxation/ related subjects.
