Job Description:23Cabs is looking for a creative and highly skilled Social Media Content Creator who can conceptualize, design, and produce engaging content from scratch, including animations and short-form videos for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
We need someone who can bring ideas to life, not just edit templates — someone who understands trends, storytelling, and how to create content that drives attention and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:- Create original content from scratch (no heavy reliance on templates)
- Develop animated videos for promotions, ads, and brand awareness
- Produce short-form content (Reels, Shorts, TikTok-style videos)
- Handle end-to-end content creation — concept, script, design, animation, and final output
- Create content for:
- Driver hiring campaigns
- Customer promotions
- Brand awareness
- Stay updated with latest social media trends and adapt content accordingly
- Ensure content aligns with 23Cabs brand identity
Requirements:- 6 months to 1 year of experience in social media content creation
- Proven experience in content creation + animation
- Ability to create animations from scratch (2D/3D or motion graphics)
- Strong skills in tools like:
- After Effects
- Premiere Pro
- Blender / similar tools (optional but preferred)
- Experience creating high-engagement or viral content
- Strong understanding of social media trends and algorithms
- Ability to work independently and deliver creative ideas
