Social Media Content Creator (0–1 Year Experience)We are looking for a creative and energetic Social Media Content Creator who can handle content creation + marketing across platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook.
Key Responsibilities:- Create engaging Reels, Shorts, and Videos for Instagram & YouTube
- Plan and execute social media campaigns & content strategy
- Handle video shoots, editing, and publishing
- Manage YouTube channel (uploading, titles, descriptions, thumbnails, SEO basics)
- Optimize content for YouTube growth (SEO, tags, CTR, retention)
- Manage Instagram growth (Reels strategy, hashtags, trends, engagement)
- Monitor performance using insights (views, reach, engagement)
- Stay updated with viral trends & competitor content
Requirements:- Basic knowledge of YouTube & Instagram marketing
- Understanding of YouTube SEO & algorithm basics
- Skills in video shooting & editing (mobile or basic tools)
- Creative mindset with idea generation ability
- Passion for social media & content creation
Bonus Skills (Preferred):- Thumbnail design knowledge
- Experience with tools like Premiere Pro / CapCut / Canva
- Knowledge of kids content / animation content (plus point)
