ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a HIGHLY CREATIVE, HANDS-ON CREATOR who will take ownership of our SHORT-FORM VIDEO CONTENT (REELS) from idea to execution.
This is a VIDEO-FIRST ROLE — you will be responsible for IDEATION, SHOOTING, EDITING, and POSTING content consistently.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
IDEATE & CREATE engaging REELS & SHORT-FORM VIDEOS (Instagram, LinkedIn)
SHOOT CONTENT (office, product, founder-led, storytelling)
EDIT VIDEOS using tools like CapCut / VN / Premiere Pro
POST CONSISTENTLY (high-frequency content output)
FOLLOW TRENDS and adapt them to our brand
TRACK PERFORMANCE (views, engagement, saves) and improve content
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Strong interest in CONTENT CREATION & SOCIAL MEDIA
Proven ability to create HIGH-QUALITY REELS (portfolio required)
Skills in VIDEO EDITING + BASIC SHOOTING
Ability to TAKE OWNERSHIP and DELIVER CONSISTENTLY
Creative mindset with strong STORYTELLING INSTINCTS
