Role Description
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media & Content Associate to support our digital marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about social media, content creation, and online trends. As a Social Media Intern, you will assist in planning, creating, and managing content across various social media platforms to help strengthen our brand presence and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in creating engaging content (posts, captions, reels, stories, and creatives) for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and others
- Support daily management of social media accounts, including posting and scheduling content
- Research trending topics, hashtags, and competitor activity to improve content performance
- Coordinate with the creative teams for creative requirements
- Monitor comments, messages, and engagement, and respond where required
- Track basic performance metrics (reach, engagement, followers) and share insights
- Help maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across platforms
