Role Overview
We are looking to immediately hire a Social Media Consultant from a reputed firm in India who specializes in micro-influencer-led viral marketing.
This role is singularly focused on driving viral growth through micro-influencers — strategy, execution, and results. Nothing else matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute micro-influencer marketing strategies aimed at virality and rapid user growth
- Identify, onboard, and manage high-quality micro-influencers (especially Tier 1 creators)
- Drive campaigns that result in high engagement, shares, and organic reach
- Build scalable influencer pipelines and outreach systems
- Monitor performance metrics: views, engagement, conversions, virality rate
- Optimize campaigns in real-time to maximize ROI and traction
- Collaborate with internal teams for content direction and campaign alignment
Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- Proven experience in micro-influencer viral marketing
- Must have worked with Tier 1 influencers (quality > quantity)
- Strong track record of creating viral campaigns (reels, short-form content, etc.)
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
- Experience working with international clients is mandatory
- Currently working at or previously associated with a recognized agency/firm in India
Good to Have- Experience with consumer apps / social media platforms
- Understanding of Gen Z content trends and behavior
- Strong network of influencers across Instagram / YouTube / short-form platforms
