About the Role
We are looking for a creative and responsible Social Media & Community Volunteer who can help improve TalentBoard’s online presence and engage with our growing community.
This role is suitable for students, freshers, aspiring digital marketers, content creators or anyone interested in startups, recruitment, social media and community building.
Responsibilities
- Create engaging posts for LinkedIn and other social media platforms
- Share featured job opportunities and hiring updates
- Create simple graphics and carousels using Canva
- Write captions for job posts, platform updates and milestones
- Plan and maintain a basic social media content calendar
- Respond professionally to comments and messages
- Engage with job seekers and relevant online communities
- Suggest new content ideas to improve reach and engagement
- Coordinate with the TalentBoard team for daily and weekly updates
- Track basic performance metrics such as reach, impressions and engagement
Who Can Apply?
You may be a good fit if you:
- Have good written English communication skills
- Understand the basics of LinkedIn, Instagram or other social platforms
- Can create simple and professional designs using Canva
- Are creative, consistent and willing to learn
- Can contribute approximately 1–2 hours per day
- Can work independently and complete tasks on time
- Have an interest in startups, technology jobs, recruitment or digital marketing
Previous professional experience is not mandatory. Students and freshers are welcome to apply.

Important Information
This is currently an unpaid volunteer opportunity and is not a paid employment position.
Selected candidates will initially complete a short trial assignment. Social media account passwords will not be shared during the trial period. Content will be reviewed before publication.
