We’re Hiring: Social Media & Community Intern
📍 Thane (Hybrid/In-Office Preferred)

Dream Of is looking for a creative, internet-native Social Media & Community Intern to join our small but fast-growing team.
We’re looking for someone who genuinely loves beauty, content, creators, and online culture - someone who’s constantly saving reel ideas, spotting trends early, and understands how to make content feel dreamy and community-driven. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on experience building a haircare brand from the inside.
What You’ll Do
- Maintain Dream Of’s Instagram presence
- Create & manage monthly content calendar
- Shoot and create lo-fi/social-first content using existing products and footage
- Assist in founder-led content creation
- Manage DMs, comments, customer interactions, and story reposts
- Handle inbound PR and creator requests through Instagram
- Coordinate creator gifting and partnerships
Who We’re Looking For
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Reels, beauty creators, and internet trends
- Comfortable shooting/editing content on phone
- Organised, proactive, and quick to execute
- Comfortable being on camera occasionally
- Bonus if you already create content or manage a page/account
Important:
Basic editing skills are preferred (you’ll work closely with our designer/video editor), but we care more about creativity, taste, and execution than perfect technical skills or formal qualifications.
