We are a fast-growing D2C women’s accessories brand with 100K+ social audience, now entering a scale phase and expanding our team.
Location: Kolkata (On-site only)
Experience: 1.5–3 years

Role Overview
We are looking for a Social Media Business Strategist who can turn content into revenue, not just engagement.
This role goes beyond posting content — you will own the entire social-to-sales funnel, driving growth through Instagram, Meta Ads, UGC creators, WhatsApp and work closely with performance marketing.
Key Responsibilities :-
1. Content → Revenue Strategy
- Build a content funnel (Awareness → Consideration → Conversion)
- Identify what type of content drives: (Add to cart, Purchases)
- Plan high-converting formats: (UGC ads, Style quotient reels, Offer-driven creatives)
2. Performance & Growth Ownership
- Work closely with performance marketing team
- Analyze: Winning creatives
3. Creator & UGC Strategy
- Build and manage a network of UGC creators (Pan India)
- Identify: (Who converts vs who just gives views, Scale winning creators into ads)
4. Offer & Funnel Optimization
- Suggest:
- Pricing hooks (₹499 bundles, combos)
- Urgency messaging (“Selling Fast”, “Limited Stock”)
- Improve:
- Landing page messaging
- Carousel end screens
- WhatsApp flows
5. Platform Strategy (Instagram-first)
- Own:
- Reels strategy
- Hook frameworks
- Content frequency
- Align organic + paid content
Requirements
- Experience in D2C / eCommerce brand / Consumer brand preferred
- Strong understanding of: Instagram growth + trends / Meta Ads creatives / Consumer psychology
- Ability to think: Numbers + creativity together
