About us
Siya (heysiya.ai) is an AI-powered K-12 assessment platform that digitizes handwritten answer sheets, evaluates them through a multi-model AI pipeline mapped to Bloom's Taxonomy, and generates diagnostic reports for teachers, students, and parents. We're DPIIT-recognized, ISO-certified, and DPDP Act 2023 compliant with an active pipeline of 18+ schools across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
The Role
We're looking for someone who can give Siya a voice — one that speaks to parents and school leaders, not just "users." You'll own our brand's tone and social presence, translating the emotional core of what we're building into content that resonates:
AI that brings back the golden days of school-parent communication, timely progress updates, real understanding of a child's growth, and trust restored between schools and families.
What You'll Do
- Research and deeply understand the pain points of parents and school principals' communication gaps, delayed report cards, lack of visibility into a child's actual learning, and the trust deficit that has crept into school-parent relationships.
- Define and document SIYA's brand voice: warm, credible, and mature, never gimmicky, one that positions AI as a bridge back to genuine connection, not a cold, technical replacement.
- Build content pillars around: how schools can communicate student progress better, how AI simplifies evaluation and reporting for teachers, and what "good old days" of school-parent trust actually looked like and how we're bringing them back.
- Plan and execute a content calendar across relevant platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube/Shorts, WhatsApp-friendly formats) tailored to Indian parents and school administrators, including Telugu-language content where relevant.
- Create/commission short-form video, carousels, testimonials, and case-study style posts from real schools in our pipeline.
- Work closely with the founders to translate product milestones (diagnostic reports, Bloom's Taxonomy mapping, teacher dashboards) into parent- and principal-friendly narratives.
- Track engagement and iterate on tone, format, and messaging based on what actually lands with our audience.
What We're Looking For
- 0–2 years of experience in social media, content, or brand roles, EdTech, parenting, or consumer-facing B2C2C experience is a strong plus.
- Excellent writing skills in English; Telugu fluency (spoken/written) strongly preferred, given our AP/Telangana school base.
- A portfolio or examples of content/campaigns you've built that show emotional resonance, not just aesthetics.
- Comfort with basic design/video tools (Canva, CapCut, or similar); videography/editing skills are a bonus.
- Genuine interest in education, parenting, and how technology can rebuild, not replace, human relationships.
