As our Social Media & Brand Strategist at Express Analytics, your mission is to make Express Analytics and its products impossible to ignore across the channels where enterprise buyers spend time. You'll transform our editorial content and technical expertise into social experiences that grow awareness, engagement, and trust.
You will collaborate with Website, Content Marketing SEO, Sales and Product teams so social pulls in the same direction as the rest of the brand, not off on its own. This role owns social strategy, publishing, and distribution. It adapts editorial content into social platform-native experiences but does not own product positioning or long-form site content.
This is a hands-on, build-it seat. You'll be running the day-to-day social program efforts and proactively looking for ways to improve our visibility and engagement.
This position reports to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). The role is expected to adhere to the marketing team's established project management, approval workflows, and cross-channel coordination processes while working closely with the Director of Website Strategy to ensure alignment across initiatives. .
This is an individual contributor role.
What you'll own- Social Strategy and Publishing
- Own the organic social strategy, publishing calendar, and day-to-day execution across LinkedIn, YouTube, X, and Instagram/Facebook, ensuring alignment with the website roadmap, positioning and product related updates.
- Social Measurement & Optimization
- Own the social performance metrics. Track engagement quality, website traffic from social, share of voice, video performance, reach, and social-influenced pipeline, using the results to continuously improve what you publish.
- Brand Visibility
- Thought Leadership: Formulate the social publishing strategy for executives, adapting editorial content, executive talking points, and source materials.
- PR & Industry Support: Assist in coordinating media, podcast, webinar, trade publication, and speaking opportunities for leadership or subject matter experts to expand awareness of Express Analytics and its products.
- Events and Sponsorships
- Event Marketing Help drive the marketing logistics side of our event or sponsorship schedule where needed. Support events through a process from pre-event promotion and post-event amplification.
What you'll actually doPublish and grow
- Execute a B2B social strategy: LinkedIn and YouTube as the primary B2B channels, X secondary, Instagram/Facebook where they earn their place.
- Adapt, create, curate, and schedule platform-native social content. This includes copy, visuals, carousels, and short-form video that matches Express Analytics and its products' voice and moves the awareness to consideration to conversion.
- Maintain a weekly organic publishing rhythm and keep the calendar full at least 30 days out at all times.
- Craft a strategy for leadership and subject-matter experts to share company perspectives across LinkedIn to amplify exposure.
Community Management
- Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and mentions; building a healthy, responsive presence and surfacing feedback the rest of the team should hear.
Shape and distribute thought leadership
- Source content opportunities from product launches, company initiatives, customer insights, executive conversations, and editorial content developed by tContent Marketing.
Measure and improve
- Lead with engagement quality and share of voice within our ICP as the primary success metrics; track social-influenced pipeline as the business-impact metric.
- Translate data into decisions, kill what doesn't work, double down on what does.
Ad Hoc
- Adapt to other marketing initiatives or cross-functional projects as business needs evolve over time.
- Stay current on social media trends, platform and algorithm updates, and competitor activity, proactively sharing relevant insights and recommendations with the marketing team.
You'll fit if you have- Bachelor's in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 3+ years leading social media and online communities for brands; B2B tech or SaaS experience is strongly preferred.
- Comfort with technical/complex subject matter, you can take internal material (SME conversations, documents, strategy briefings) and turn it into content a non-expert wants to read or watch.(This is non-negotiable for this role).
- Superior team collaboration skills as this position will interface with many internal departments to ensure social supports the broader go to market priorities.
- Comfortable using AI tools to accelerate content creation, research, editing, ideation, and workflow efficiency while maintaining strong editorial judgment.
- Hands-on with short-form video creation and editing.
- Experience with LinkedIn, YouTube, Canva or Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut or Premiere Pro, and social scheduling platforms such as Sprout Social or Hootsuite a plus.
- Fluent in social analytics, you can read the data and act on it, not just report it.
- Creative eye for visual storytelling and comfortable managing multiple content streams simultaneously and producing high-quality work on a consistent weekly cadence.
- A pragmatic problem-solver with a genuine "no task too small" mindset.
- You love social a little too much, in a productive way.
