Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Associate based in Mumbai. The Social Media Associate will be responsible for creating and managing engaging social media content, implementing social media marketing strategies, monitoring audience engagement, and analyzing social media metrics. They will ensure consistent brand messaging across platforms, collaborate closely with the content and marketing teams, and contribute to the growth of the organization’s social media presence.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Content Creation and Social Media Marketing strategies
- Strong understanding of Social Media platforms, their functionalities, and best practices
- Effective Communication and Writing skills for delivering impactful messages
- Attention to detail and ability to analyze social media metrics to inform strategy
- Experience with graphic design or video editing tools is a plus
- Passion for staying updated on social media trends and digital marketing innovations
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Prior experience in managing social media accounts for brands or organizations is preferred
