Position: Social Media Associate

About the Role
We're looking for a creative, organized, and proactive Social Media Associate to support the planning, execution, and management of social media accounts across multiple brands. If you're passionate about content, trends, and digital marketing, and enjoy working in a fast-paced agency environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day social media activities for multiple client accounts.
- Plan, schedule, and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Coordinate with content writers, designers, and video editors to ensure timely content delivery.
- Conduct shoots, coordinate execution, and suggest creative ideas for photoshoots and video content.
- Stay updated with social media trends, viral content, and platform updates.
- Write basic captions, hashtags, and content briefs.
- Monitor account performance and prepare monthly analytics reports.
- Ensure content calendars are maintained and deadlines are met.
- Coordinate with clients for approvals, feedback, and content requirements.
- Assist in campaign planning, influencer collaborations, and brand activations.
- Maintain quality control and brand consistency across all social media platforms.
Requirements
- 0–1 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging social media platforms.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Basic copywriting skills.
- Familiarity with Canva and Google Workspace.
- Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics and trends.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and work within deadlines.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of content planning and calendar management.
Basic photography and videography knowledge.
Understanding of Instagram Reels and short-form video content.
Ability to analyze social media insights and recommend improvements.
