This is a full-time on-site role based in Gurugram for a Social Media Associate. The Social Media Associate will be responsible for creating and managing engaging content across social media platforms, implementing social media marketing strategies, monitoring audience engagement, and analyzing performance metrics. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and the achievement of marketing objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Content Creation and Social Media Marketing
- Strong Communication and Writing skills
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and trends
- Ability to analyze social media performance and adjust strategies accordingly
- Creativity, organizational skills, and attention to detail
- Experience in using social media management tools is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
