Mavit Digital is a full-service digital marketing agency offering social media management, video production, SEO, and performance marketing services to B2B. We're growing our Social Media team and looking for a driven Social Media Associate to join us.
What You'll Do
- Schedule and publish social media posts across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Tiktok etc.) as per content calendar and deadlines
- Support content planning and reference research for B2B client social media channels
- Coordinate with the creative team for timely content delivery
- Monitor live posts for accuracy, consistency, and on-time publishing
- Track basic social media performance metrics and report to your manager
- Stay current on social media trends across B2B and F&B industries
What We're Looking For
- 6 monthsβ1 year of experience in social media management (agency or brand-side)
- Solid foundational knowledge of social media platforms and posting/scheduling workflows
- Basic understanding of content calendars and content planning
- Strong written communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow under a reporting manager's guidance
Good to Have (Not Mandatory)
- Experience with F&B (Food & Beverage) brand social media
- Familiarity with scheduling tools like Meta Business Suite (training provided)
- Basic exposure to SEO, performance marketing, or other digital marketing domains
- Interest in B2B content strategy
