Role Overview
We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented Social Media Associate to join our Bangalore team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, managing, and optimizing engaging content across multiple social media platforms while supporting the company’s marketing and branding initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, create, and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, and other relevant platforms.
* Develop and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.
* Create compelling captions, hashtags, and content aligned with the company’s brand guidelines.
* Coordinate with the design and architecture teams to showcase ongoing projects and completed work.
* Edit images, reels, and short-form videos for social media campaigns.
* Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices.
* Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries professionally.
* Track and analyse social media performance using analytics tools and prepare weekly and monthly reports.
* Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
* Collaborate with the marketing team on branding, email marketing, and digital campaigns.
* Maintain consistency in brand identity and communication across all platforms.
