At BVUR Innovations, we build strong brands through strategy, design, and marketing execution. In this role, you will work on FurrFiesta, our experiential pet community platform, managing social media, event-led content, digital campaigns, and coordinating closely with creative teams to ensure timely and high-quality execution.
Responsibilities
1.Content Planning & Execution
- Develop and manage monthly and event-based content calendars
- Plan and execute pre-event, live, and post-event content
- Create basic static creatives on Canva when required
- Ensure timely publishing of approved posts, reels, and stories
2.Event Social Media Management
- Capture and document key moments, testimonials, and highlights during events
- Coordinate on-ground content collection aligned with pre-approved plans
- Engage with attendees, partners, and vendors to build and maintain digital connections
3.Creative & Copy Coordination
- Coordinate closely with copywriters to ensure timely delivery of captions and content
- Brief, guide, and oversee design and video teams for structured execution
- Conduct thorough quality checks for brand consistency, accuracy, tone, and visual standards before publishing
- Maintain clear timelines, approvals, and feedback loops across all stakeholders
4.Digital Marketing Management
- Manage WhatsApp marketing and broadcast campaigns
- Handle email campaigns and partner outreach communication.
- Support basic website updates and maintenance, including event information and content upload.
5.Timeline & Workflow Management
- Maintain structured content calendars and track deliverables
- Proactively follow up with internal and external teams
- Ensure seamless coordination across social media, design, video, and outreach functions
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Extremely observant with high attention to detail
- Proficiency in Canva
- Experience managing Instagram and event-based content workflows
- Ability to multitask and manage fast-paced timelines
- Strong coordination and communication skills
Preferred: Experience in events, lifestyle, community, or pet industry
