Role Overview:

We’re looking for a Social Media Associate who understands content, trends, and storytelling—not just posting. You’ll be responsible for managing Arnifi’s social presence, creating engaging content, and driving brand visibility across platforms.

Key Responsibility:

• Manage and grow Arnifi’s social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
• Plan and execute content calendars aligned with business goals
• Create engaging posts, reels, and short-form content
• Work closely with design, marketing, and business teams for campaigns
• Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and optimize content
• Stay updated with latest trends, formats, and viral content ideas
• Support employer branding, product marketing, and lead generation initiatives
• Ensure consistent brand tone and positioning across platforms

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in social media / digital marketing
• Strong understanding of LinkedIn & Instagram growth strategies
• Basic knowledge of content writing & copywriting
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Suite, scheduling tools, etc.
• Understanding of analytics and performance tracking
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment

Location: Kadubeesanahalli, Bengaluru (On-site)
