Role Overview
At Nish Hair Pvt Ltd, we are looking for a creative and trend-aware Social Media Marketing Executive who can strengthen our digital presence and build meaningful engagement with our audience. This role requires a strong understanding of social media trends, content execution, editing, influencer collaborations, and brand communication within the beauty and lifestyle space.
Key Responsibilities
1) Social Media & Content Execution
- Manage and execute content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
- Plan and schedule posts aligned with brand campaigns, launches, and marketing calendars
- Create and edit engaging photo/video content for reels, stories, and social media creatives
- Coordinate with creative teams for shoots, campaigns, and promotional content
- Write engaging captions and social media copy aligned with the brand voice
- Ensure consistency in content quality and visual identity across all platforms
2) Digital Marketing Support
- Assist in running and monitoring Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns
- Support basic SEO activities including keyword research, content optimization, and website updates
- Track ad performance, campaign reach, and engagement metrics
- Coordinate with marketing teams to support online campaigns and promotion
- Execute WhatsApp marketing and promotional campaigns to drive customer engagement and conversions
3) Community & Brand Engagement
- Support giveaways, launches, collaborations, and social media campaigns
- Stay updated with social media trends, viral formats, and platform updates to keep content relevant and engaging
4) Influencer & Collaboration Management
- Identify and coordinate with influencers, creators, and external collaborators
- Manage communication, deliverables, and timelines for influencer campaigns
- Track collaboration performance and maintain campaign reports
5) Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor social media performance metrics including reach, engagement, audience growth, and conversions
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
- Conduct competitor analysis and suggest strategies to improve engagement and brand visibility
Skills Required
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and short-form content trends
- Strong photo and video editing skills for social media content creation and reel editing
- Proficiency in tools such as Canva, CapCut, VN, Adobe applications, and Meta tools
- Good communication and copywriting skills
- Strong coordination, organizational, and multitasking abilities
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and aesthetics
- Passion for beauty, fashion, and digital storytelling
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing
- Prior experience in beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or D2C brands is preferred
