Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Social Media Assistant, based in Shimla, India. The responsibilities include creating and curating content for social media platforms, managing social media channels and campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics to ensure effective audience engagement. Additionally, the role involves staying updated with social media trends, writing compelling posts, and assisting in the execution of marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Social Media Management, preferably within the Real Estate and Hospitality sectors
- Proven ability to develop and execute effective social media strategies aligned with brand and business goals
- Strong understanding of platform-specific best practices (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) and audience targeting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and impactful content
- Proficiency in social media analytics tools to track performance, generate insights, and optimize campaigns
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for design, trends, and audience engagement techniques
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
