Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Assistant position based in Patna. The Social Media Assistant will support the execution and management of social media activities, including creating engaging content, maintaining social media profiles, and assisting with campaigns to drive audience engagement. The role includes scheduling and publishing posts, analyzing social media performance metrics, monitoring trends, and contributing to content planning and strategy discussions. This position also requires collaboration with team members to align content with overall marketing goals.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Social Media Content Creation and Social Media Marketing
- Proficiency in managing various Social Media platforms
- Excellent Communication and Writing skills
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts
- Ability to analyze social media performance insights and refine strategies
- Creative mindset and attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in social media management or digital marketing is a plus
