We are looking for a motivated and communication-focused candidate to help us grow Hallelujah, our Gospel music and creator platform.
Responsibilities:- Manage social media accounts
- Reach out to singers, creators, podcasters & worship teams
- Do cold calling / follow-ups for creator onboarding
- Handle creator communication and basic negotiation
- Support creator partnerships and platform growth
Requirements:- Good communication skills
- Comfortable with calls and follow-ups
- Basic social media management knowledge
- Confident, active, and self-motivated
- English + Kannada / Malayalam/ Tamil/ Hindi is a plus
Compensation:- Initially Unpaid (Internship / Performance-Based)
- Incentives up to ₹15,000 based on performance
