Role Description The Social Media and Meta Ads Executive will manage ArthSwasth’s presence across social media platforms and paid channels, with a focus on Meta (Facebook and Instagram). This full-time on-site role, based in Delhi, India, involves planning and executing social media content calendars, creating engaging posts, reels, and stories, and maintaining a consistent brand voice aligned with ArthSwasth’s mission. The role includes setting up, optimizing, and monitoring Meta ad campaigns, managing budgets, analyzing performance metrics, and refining strategies to increase reach, engagement, and conversions. The executive will collaborate with nutrition and wellness teams to translate health concepts into clear, compelling content and campaigns. Daily tasks also include community management, responding to comments and messages, tracking trends, and preparing regular performance reports.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation skills, including planning calendars, managing platforms, and producing engaging visual and written content.
- Candidates should possess Digital Marketing and Marketing skills, with experience in paid campaigns (especially Meta Ads), audience targeting, A/B testing, and basic analytics.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, with the ability to simplify health and nutrition concepts for diverse audiences and maintain a consistent brand tone.
- Relevant qualification in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field is preferred; certifications in social media or performance marketing are an advantage.
- Experience in the health, wellness, or nutrition sector, familiarity with ad managers and analytics tools, creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work on-site in Delhi are highly beneficial.
