About the role:
We're hiring a Social Media & Marketing Lead to own Leya's online presence - strategy, content, and performance. This is a full-time, remote position.
You'll work directly with the founder with real ownership over how the brand shows up and grows.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage the monthly content calendar
- Write on-brand copy for posts, reels, stories, and ads
- Create and edit short-form video and static content
- Build, run, and analyse Meta Ads campaign
- Develop marketing strategies to grow reach and brand awareness
- Own campaign direction and execution across launches and key moments
Who you are:
- 3+ years in social media or digital marketing within fashion or luxury lifestyle (non-negotiable. We need someone who understands the customer we design for)
- Demonstrated experience running and analysing Meta Ads
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills
- Able to create and edit content independently
- Proficient with Canva
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, takes ownership
- Open to feedback and collaborative by nature
