Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Manager to strengthen the digital presence of ReviewAndRatings.com. The role involves managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, building reader communities, and driving audience growth through strategic campaigns and collaborations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee the brand’s social media platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, and YouTube.
Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content aligned with the brand’s identity and audience interests.
Develop content strategies to increase engagement, reach, followers, and community interaction.
Coordinate with reviewers, authors, publishers, and influencers for collaborations and campaigns.
Create and maintain content calendars for posts, campaigns, launches, and events.
Monitor social media trends, audience behaviour, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Assist in building campaigns for book promotions, author features, giveaways, and community engagement initiatives.
Track analytics and performance metrics to improve content effectiveness and platform growth.
Support branding and marketing initiatives through creative storytelling and audience engagement.
Respond to comments, messages, and community interactions in a professional and timely manner.
Skills & Requirements
Strong understanding of social media platforms and content trends.
Creativity in content ideation, copywriting, and audience engagement.
Basic knowledge of Canva, video editing tools, or content creation platforms.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to analyze social media insights and optimize strategies accordingly.
Passion for books, literature, digital media, or community-driven platforms is preferred.
Self-motivated, organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.
Preferred Profile
Students, freshers, or candidates with experience in social media management, digital marketing, branding, or content creation.
Candidates with an interest in books, publishing, reading communities, or literary platforms will have an added advantage.
