Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
• Manage and maintain company social media accounts including Instagram, LinkedIn,
Facebook, X, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
• Create, schedule, and publish content according to the content calendar.
• Write engaging captions and social media copy.
• Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement.
• Coordinate with designers and content creators for post requirements.
• Track platform performance and prepare weekly reports.
• Research trends, hashtags, competitor activity, and content opportunities.
• Assist in growing followers, engagement, and brand visibility.
Marketing Support
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
• Support event promotions, partnerships, and brand activities.
• Conduct market and competitor research.
• Help maintain marketing documents, presentations, and reports.
• Support lead-generation and awareness campaigns when required.
Requirements
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Media,
Communications, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and emerging social media
platforms.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of Canva and content creation tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
• Experience managing social media pages.
• Familiarity with social media analytics.
• Basic photo/video editing skills.
• Understanding of digital marketing and branding.
