Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media and Marketing Executive located in Gurgaon. The role includes managing social media platforms, developing and implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research, and assisting in sales and promotional activities. The executive will also be responsible for creating compelling content, analyzing campaign performance, and ensuring the alignment of marketing efforts with the company’s goals.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Market Planning and Market Research to develop strategies based on consumer insights and trends
- Experience in Sales and Marketing to generate leads, close deals, and promote brand visibility
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media trends
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a dynamic environment
- Relevant experience in the travel or hospitality industry is advantageous
- Manage Instagram & LinkedIn presence
- Plan digital, email & WhatsApp campaigns
- Develop creative content and marketing strategies
- Track performance and drive engagement & leads
- Build partnerships with luxury and lifestyle brands
