Role Overview
Drive the growth of Finpath's LinkedIn presence, Finpath web app user base, and Napplied AI platform by engaging the BFSI talent community, surfacing relevant opportunities, and converting LinkedIn reach into meaningful platform registrations across both products.
Key Responsibilities
LinkedIn Growth & Engagement
Research, catalog and comment on relevant BFSI job openings to maintain a steady content pipeline of users who are informed about Finpath Careers and Napplied AI opportunities
Actively engage with posts, comments, and conversations within the BFSI community on LinkedIn
Promote both the Finpath web app and Napplied AI to job seekers through organic interactions and targeted outreach
Respond promptly to inquiries and questions from followers and LinkedIn members
Build and maintain a consistent LinkedIn posting cadence that highlights value propositions of both platforms
Finpath Web App Growth
Drive user registrations on the Finpath web app through direct engagement on LinkedIn posts and comments
Onboard new users into the free resume review program to improve retention and activation
Identify and engage high-intent BFSI job seekers who are most likely to benefit from Finpath's offerings
Napplied AI Growth
Drive awareness and user signups for Napplied AI by positioning it within relevant job seeker conversations on LinkedIn
Identify BFSI professionals actively looking for job opportunities and introduce them to Napplied AI as a go-to platform
Engage with job postings, hiring managers, and recruiters to create visibility for Napplied AI within the BFSI hiring ecosystem
Collaborate on cross-platform campaigns that funnel LinkedIn audiences to Napplied AI
Track and report Napplied AI-specific registration and engagement metrics on a weekly basis
Community & Brand Building
Position Finpath and Napplied AI as trusted platforms within the BFSI job seeker community
Create and share content that educates BFSI professionals on career growth, resume building, and job search strategies
Build relationships with BFSI recruiters, hiring managers, and industry influencers to amplify both platforms organically
Key Skills Required

Strong BFSI domain knowledge — roles, hiring cycles, talent trends
Growth & Marketing
Multi-product growth management across Finpath and Napplied AI
Lead generation and funnel conversion from LinkedIn to platform signups
Community building and audience nurturing at scale
Content & Communication
Compelling copywriting for comments, DMs, and posts
Ability to tailor messaging distinctly for each platform's value proposition
Analytics
Week-on-week tracking across impressions, followers, registrations, and feature adoption
Comfort with maintaining dashboards or reports for both platforms

LinkedIn Reach: Post impressions, reactions, and comments
Audience Growth: Week-on-Week follower increase
Finpath App Registrations: Week-on-Week new user signups
