Role Overview
We are looking for a Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive with 1–4 years of experience to support B2B marketing initiatives. The role involves managing social media platforms, planning and creating marketing content across channels, supporting SEO and AI-driven search visibility (AEO, GEO), and conducting market and competitor research.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Manage and grow company presence on LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram
- Plan and execute monthly social media content calendars
- Write and publish posts, captions, and video descriptions
- Monitor engagement, audience growth, and performance metrics
Content Planning & Creation
- Plan and develop content for website pages, marketing campaigns, blogs, brochures, and social media
- Write B2B-focused content including blogs, landing pages, case studies, and thought leadership
- Repurpose content across formats (blogs → social posts → newsletters → videos)
- Coordinate with design and marketing teams for campaign creatives and messaging
SEO, AEO & AI Search Optimization
- Conduct keyword research and on-page SEO optimization
- Optimize content for Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) for AI-driven search and featured snippets
- Structure content for Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) to improve visibility in AI search tools and generative search results
- Monitor search performance, rankings, and AI search visibility trends
- Implement structured content formats such as FAQs, schema markup, and knowledge-style content
Market Research & Competitor Analysis
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and audience behavior
- Perform competitor analysis across content, SEO, and digital channels
- Identify opportunities to improve positioning and marketing strategy
- Marketing Presentations & Proposals
- Assist in preparing marketing presentations, pitch decks, and client proposals
- Support creation of case studies, capability documents, and marketing collateral
- Work with marketing and sales teams to ensure clear and compelling messaging
Campaign & Marketing Support
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns
- Support content for email campaigns, webinars, events, and product launches
- Track and report on campaign, social media, and SEO performance
Required Skills
- Strong content writing and storytelling skills
- Understanding of B2B marketing and digital channels
- Knowledge of SEO fundamentals and AI search trends
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into marketing improvements
